This garment is made from a lightweight 100% recycled nylon woven with a special technique that creates the channels directly on the loom. This avoids stitching and substantially improves how well the down stays inside the chambers. The fabric is given a ciré finish for a glossy look. The finished garment is injection-filled with the finest down, specially treated to withstand garment dyeing. A special PFC-free agent added to the dye recipe makes the garment water-repellent.
