This garment is made from a lightweight ultra-dense nylon ripstop, internally resin-coated for windproof and moderately water-resistant performance. This jacket is filled with premium feathers via direct injection, specially treated to withstand dyeing processes. Direct feather injection and lightweight baffle construction enhance the garment’s lightness and comfort. The dye bath, thanks to uneven penetration into the resin-coated fabric, gives the surface a mottled, marled finish. The addition of a special agent to the dye formula gives the garment water-beading properties.
