This garment is crafted from a lightweight stretch nylon single layer, which uses a special weaving technique to automatically create channels directly from the fabric. This eliminates seams, substantially improving down retention. The finished garment is filled via direct injection with premium quality feathers, specially treated to withstand garment dyeing. It is garment-dyed with the addition of a PFC-free water-repellent agent.
