This garment is made from a lightweight, ultra-dense nylon reps fabric, coated internally for windproof and moderately water-resistant performance. The garment is filled via direct injection with premium quality feathers, specially treated to withstand the stresses of the dyeing process. Direct feather injection and the lightweight construction of the down baffle boxes enhance the garment’s lightness and comfort. The dye bath, thanks to the uneven penetration into the coated fabric, gives the surface a marbled, mottled finish. Adding a special agent to the dye formula gives the garment water-beading properties.
