This garment is crafted from lightweight stretch nylon that uses a special weaving technique to automatically create channels directly from the loom where the down filling will later be injected. This eliminates seams, substantially improving the down's retention within the chambers. The finished garment is filled via direct injection with premium-quality feathers, specially treated to withstand on-product dyeing. The addition of a special agent to the dye formula gives the garment water-repellent properties.
