This garment is made from lightweight stretch nylon that, using a special weaving technique, automatically creates channels directly on the loom where the down padding will then be injected. This avoids seams, with the advantage of significantly improving how well the down is retained inside the chambers. The finished item is directly injection padded with top-quality down, specifically treated to withstand dyeing post-production. Adding a special agent to the dye formula makes the item water-repellent.
